・Although the entire building is rented out, the entrances on the 1st floor and the 2nd-3rd floors are adjacent to each other.
・There is no elevator. Due to the traditional Japanese construction, the stairs are somewhat steep.
・Please do not take any furnishings or consumables with you.
・Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, in front of the building, and on the street. Please smoke only in the designated smoking areas.
・Security cameras are installed in front of the entrance and on the rooftop.

As this property is located in a residential area, please observe the following rules:
・Please keep noise to a minimum inside the house between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM
・Please do not smoke inside the building or in the surrounding areas (if caught, a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged)
・Parties and similar gatherings are not permitted
・There is no parking available on-site; please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
If smoking is observed, a fine of 50,000 yen will be charged.
