【3F】Approximately 58㎡ in size, it features a spacious dining area and two shower rooms for your comfort. Each of the two bedrooms has three semi-double beds and two double beds, perfect for the whole family to relax.
【4F】Approximately 51㎡ in size, the spacious kitchen includes a dining table where everyone can enjoy meals and gatherings together. Additionally, two shower rooms ensure smooth morning and evening routines even for group stays.

As the property is located in a residential area, please be considerate of our neighbors. For a safe and comfortable stay, please read and agree to the following rules before booking.
1) Noise (Important)
・Please keep quiet from 21:00 to 7:00.
・Each floor is reserved exclusively for your group; however, due to the building structure, you may hear footsteps or furniture-dragging noises from the floor above.
・Likewise, your footsteps or moving furniture may carry to the floor below.
・Please be mindful of footsteps, moving furniture, and loud voices.
・The stairs are shared. Please avoid loud conversations or phone calls on the stairs.
If you are sensitive to noise, we recommend that you reconsider booking.
2) Smoking / Parties
・No smoking anywhere: indoors, on the property (including the balcony), in front of the building, or on nearby streets.
・If smoking is found, a 50,000 yen cleaning fee will be charged.
・Parties/events are not allowed.
3) No Elevator / Access
・There is no elevator. Please be careful when using the stairs (including carrying large luggage).
・The unit is located on the 4th floor. Please make sure you go to the correct floor.
4) Rooftop Prohibited
・Please do not enter the rooftop (for safety reasons).
5) Baby Crib (Size)
・A baby crib is available. Size: L 93 cm / W 55 cm / H 77 cm.
・Depending on your child’s size, it may not be suitable. Please confirm the size before booking.
・Refunds/discounts are not available due to crib size mismatch.
6) Check-in (Staff Present)
・Staff will be present at check-in. We will confirm your arrival time the day before, so please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance.
・If you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
7) Trash / Neighborhood Rules
・No illegal dumping of trash in the neighborhood (even small trash). Please use the indoor trash bins.
・Please refrain from idling while parked/stopped and from loading/unloading luggage early in the morning or late at night.
・There is no parking. Please use nearby paid parking lots.
8) Refund/Discount Policy (Important)
・We cannot offer refunds/discounts due to factors outside the property, such as neighborhood noise, outside noise, construction noise, weather, or the surrounding environment (including insects).
・If you notice any issues inside the property (facilities/cleanliness, etc.), please contact us during your stay so we can check and assist where possible.
・If you check out without contacting us first, we cannot offer refunds/discounts.
・If large items such as suitcases are left behind, disposal fees will be charged.
